BIO

Jamie Cook is the president of a full-service planning company focusing on corporate meetings & incentives formed in 1999.  Jamie has her Certified meeting planner (CMP), the Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) and the Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) designations .  She graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a degree in Speech Communications.   She is active in MPI winning multiple awards, holding numerous leadership roles including serving as President of the AZ Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.  Jamie began her career as a sales manager for a few hotels and then joined a client as the Western Regional Meeting Coordinator for Tennessee Associates International – a training company, was Special Events Director for the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Manager of Meetings at Bowers Meeting & Incentive Division and Managing Partner of Strategic Meetings & Incentives for 18 years.

Jamie provides expertise in the pre-planning logistics, creative special events inclusions, the big picture strategic value of each project and the onsite execution for a one-of-a-kind program.

Talking the C-Suite Lingo
The struggles of a meeting professional (planner & Supplier) include project management.  You will be called upon to make various presentations to your Executive Team.  Not all presentations are created equal.  Speaking and presentations to executives is different than communicating meeting information to peers.
