Major General Vinny Boles (Ret.) – Leadership & Logistics Expert
Vinny Boles retired in 2009 after 33 years in the U.S. Army, capping his military career as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics at the Pentagon. In this senior role, he directed logistics operations and readiness for a force of over 1.1 million soldiers, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Earlier, he commanded the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps and led logistics surges during critical global events. After retiring, he founded Vincent E. Boles, Inc., a consulting practice in Alabama that helps organizations strengthen their leadership, supply chains, and team cohesion. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and the Defense Acquisition University, and is the author of the leadership guide 4-3-2-1 Leadership: What America’s Sons and Daughters Taught Me on the Road from 2d Lieutenant to 2 Star General—now in its third printing.
