Valerie Oberle is the Founder and CEO of Oberle Executive Group, a leadership consultancy she established in 1997 after a remarkable 27-year career with The Walt Disney Company. As the first female executive at Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts and later Corporate Vice President at Disney University, she was instrumental in developing Disney’s renowned training programs, operating standards, and guest-service culture. Under her leadership, Disney Institute and Disney Seminars were launched, setting new benchmarks in service excellence across the globe.
Over the past 25 years, Valerie has leveraged her deep Disney roots—her team calls themselves “Disney originals,” involved since opening day—to help organizations build service-focused cultures that drive profitability and employee retention.
