Carol Kinsey Goman, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, leadership coach, and bestselling author specializing in nonverbal communication and leadership presence. As president of Kinsey Consulting Services in Berkeley, she guides executives, managers, and change agents in projecting confidence, credibility, caring, and charisma through body language.


A scholar-practitioner, she’s served as adjunct faculty at John F. Kennedy University (International MBA), UC’s Executive Education program, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institutes for Organization Management.


Her acclaimed books include The Silent Language of Leaders and The Nonverbal Advantage, and she’s published over 300 articles on organizational change, collaboration, and workplace communication. She also authored the LinkedIn Learning course Body Language for Leaders (2 million+ views).
