Personality Branding Innovator & Best-selling Author

When you learn how to fascinate, you become more memorable and valued. When organizations learn to fascinate, their products become more desirable, their customers turn into advocates, and their best employees never want to leave. Why are you captivated by some people, but not others? How do certain leaders convince you to change your opinion? What will distinguish your communications from others’ and help you stand out in a massively distracted world?

Sally Hogshead helps world-class businesses develop messages that influence and persuade consumers, partners and employees. Starting out as one of the most award-winning advertising writers in the country, she is today a world-renowned brand consultant and speaker. In her acclaimed book, Fascinate: Your 7 Triggers to Persuasion and Captivation, Hogshead brings a strategic marketing approach to the art of influence. Hogshead’s research weaves together neurology, economics, history, biology and pop culture. Hogshead and her work have been featured in the New York Times and on the Today show, CBS, ABC, and MSNBC. In 2013, HarperCollins published her new book, How the World Sees You: From First Impressions to Lasting Value.

Fascination is the most intense state of focus. When you fascinate someone, they can’t stop thinking about you and your message.

In addition to being the bestselling author of How the World Sees You and Fascinate, Sally Hogshead is the creator of the Fascination Advantage Assessment, the first personality test based on branding principles (not psychology) and developed through research of over 1 million participants. As an advertising icon, Sally was intrigued by why we’re captivated by some brands – and people – but not others.

In her programs, she weaves together neurology, economics, branding, history, biology, personal development, and pop culture. She has been compared to Seth Godin and Marcus Buckingham because her energetic style and research-based content instantly command an audience’s attention. Sally is best suited for main stage keynotes and events that demand a powerful, authoritative, and passionate speaker.  All audience members receive access to the Fascination Advantage Assessment in advance and she reveals the group results, as part of each customized presentation.
